uPVC window and door supplier website for Wilplas
A clean, user-focused website for one of Northern Ireland's longest-established uPVC window and door suppliers. Designed to showcase their wide product range and drive enquiries, the site combines trusted design with practical performance.
Wilplas in numbers
The challenge: a wide range to walk
Wilplas have been supplying maintenance free building products in Northern Ireland for decades, and the range is wide: windows, doors, cladding and bathroom products across a lot of finishes.
A wide range is only useful if somebody can find their way through it. Customers were arriving knowing roughly what they wanted and leaving without requesting a quote, which is the only thing the site had to achieve.
The range is the problem and the selling point at the same time. Over 200 products across 40 ranges is what makes Wilplas worth calling, and it is also what makes the catalogue hard to walk through without help.
Nothing on the site sells directly either. This is a business where the outcome is a quote and then a conversation, so every page has to end somewhere useful rather than in a basket.
Our approach: catalogue to quote
A wide range is only an advantage if somebody can find their way through it.
So the catalogue is organised the way customers actually think about it: windows, doors, cladding and bathroom products, then ranges, then finishes. Somebody who arrives knowing roughly what they want can narrow it down without needing to know a product code.
Every route ends at a quote request, because that is the only thing the site has to achieve. There is no basket and no pricing, just a short step from a product somebody likes to a conversation with the team.
It runs on WordPress with flexible content areas, so the Wilplas team add products, swap imagery and update the detail themselves across a catalogue of more than 300 pages.
What we built for Wilplas
One conversion to protect: a visitor who knows roughly what they want, getting to a quote request.
Product catalogue
217 products across 40 ranges, organised by what somebody is looking for rather than by how the printed catalogue happens to be ordered.
Finish options
Product pages showing the finishes available, which is the detail most of these decisions actually turn on.
Quote requests
Every route ends at a quote request. No basket and no pricing, just a short step from a product to a conversation.
Clear categories
Windows, doors, cladding and bathroom products separated properly, so a wide range stays walkable.
Editable by the team
Over 300 pages that Wilplas add to and update themselves, with no developer needed when a new range arrives.
Quick on a phone
A clean layout and simple navigation, because a lot of this is read on site in the middle of a building project.
Products in real rooms
Photography of windows, doors and bathroom products in place rather than cut out on white, because that is how anybody actually judges a finish.
Decades of reputation
One of Northern Ireland’s longest established suppliers, which the design leans on rather than hiding behind a coat of fresh paint.
The Tech-Spec
WordPress with flexible content areas, so a catalogue of more than 300 pages stays editable by the Wilplas team rather than by us. The structure is built around finding a product and asking for a quote, which is the only conversion this site has to protect.

Most of our clients use more than one.
Bespoke websites
Designed and built from scratch around your business rather than adapted from a template. Every page and every field is there because it earns its place.
→ 02Maintenance
Updates, backups and security handled quietly in the background, so problems are dealt with before they become urgent.
