Kyle and the team were brilliant, I have just set up a business and so Kyle was great from the outset explaining and giving advice about the best website and themes etc. They were really efficient and did the website far faster than they anticipated. Since the website going live I have had lots of clients saying what a good site it is.
How we deliver
A fixed price agreed first, and the same people the whole way through.
We'll have an initial consultation to understand your business needs and goals. We'll help you choose between WordPress or Shopify based on your requirements and explain the benefits of each platform.
We'll help you select a professional theme that aligns with your brand and requirements. We'll customise the colors, fonts and layout to match your business identity while keeping costs manageable.
We'll work with you to plan your website content and structure. This includes organising your pages, products, and key information in a way that makes sense for your visitors and helps achieve your business goals.
We'll set up your chosen platform, install necessary plugins or apps, and customise the theme to your specifications. For e-commerce sites, we'll configure payment gateways, shipping options, and product management systems.
We'll test your website across different devices and browsers, optimise it for search engines, and ensure everything works smoothly. We'll also set up analytics to help you track visitor behavior.
Once everything is ready, we'll launch your website and provide training on how to manage your content, products, and basic website maintenance. You'll have the tools you need to keep your site updated independently.
You get the approach, what is in, what is out, a timeline and a price before anything starts. No hourly rate quietly running in the background.
How much of it is bespoke, how many systems it has to talk to, and how much content needs moving across. We will tell you which of those is driving the cost.
A monthly plan covering updates, backups and small changes, priced separately so you can see exactly what the ongoing commitment is.
Who is an entry-level website actually for?
New businesses, sole traders and small teams who need to look credible quickly and cannot justify a custom build yet. It is a first website done properly rather than a cut-down version of something bigger. If your budget stretches further, or the site has to do a job beyond presenting the business, we will point you at a bespoke build instead.
How much does a small business website cost?
It is a fixed price, agreed in writing before anything starts, so there is no hourly rate quietly running in the background. The figure depends on how many pages you need, whether you are selling online, and how much of the content you are writing yourself. We will give you the number before you commit to anything.
How long before it is live?
Weeks rather than months. The usual hold-up is content rather than build time, so if you have your text and images ready it moves quickly. We tell you exactly what we need from you at the start so nothing stalls halfway through.
Can we update it ourselves?
Yes, and that is the point of using WordPress or Shopify. Both are made for people who are not developers, and we train your team before launch. Most clients handle their own text, images, products and posts, and come back to us when they want something structural.
Can we upgrade later without starting from scratch?
Yes, and we set the site up with that in mind. The content, the structure, the domain and the search rankings all carry forward into a bespoke build later. You are paying for a smaller start, not for something disposable.
