It was important that the new Riverpark website was a significant upgrade on the previous one, and we definitely delivered that!
The new site allows users to browse the courses available at Riverpark Training and sign up for the next available date. They can enter their qualifications and personal details while applying, which are sorted and displayed in a custom dashboard that staff can access, significantly reducing admin time.
FWe also created a handy FAQs section to reduce the amount of enquiries the team were getting and included a contact form so they could respond to queries when it suits them.
