AI automation

Take the repetitive, information-heavy parts of a workflow off your team, without handing over the decisions that matter.

Talk to us about automation

Automate the work nobody would miss. Keep the work that needs judgement.

Most automation fails because it starts somewhere ambitious. We start with one workflow that happens often, takes measurable time and has rules you can write down. Lead intake, reply drafting and document handling are usually the first three. Your team keeps the final say on anything that carries risk, and we connect to the tools you already run rather than asking you to move.

01 Lead intake and qualification

Forms, chatbot conversations and email enquiries turned into structured, scored, routed information.

02 Document and PDF handling

Invoices, application forms, contracts, CVs and briefs read and turned into something searchable.

03 Reply drafting

First drafts for routine enquiries, quotes and follow-ups. Your team still sends them.

04 Reminders and follow-up

Confirmations, reminders and missed-response nudges, so nobody is left waiting.

05 Reporting and insight

A daily or weekly summary of what needs chased, what changed and what is stuck.

06 Tool stitching

Website, CRM, calendar, inbox and internal systems, connected so information moves between them.

03

Who it is for

Tick anything that sounds familiar.

04

How we approach it

One workflow, proven, before anything else is touched.

01 Find the friction

We map where time is going, where customers are waiting, where the same information is being typed twice, and where somebody is doing work a system could have prepared for them.

02 Pick one workflow

Narrow, frequent, measurable and low enough risk to be worth trying. We would rather prove the idea on something small than sell you a programme.

03 Build it into what you run

Connected to the website, CRM, inbox, calendar or internal system you already use, so nobody has to learn a new tool to get the benefit.

04 Measure, then widen

We agree up front what success looks like, whether that is hours saved, response time or errors avoided, and only move to the next workflow once the first one has earned it.

A fixed price, agreed first

You get the approach, what is in, what is out, a timeline and a price before anything starts. No hourly rate quietly running in the background.

What moves the number

How much of it is bespoke, how many systems it has to talk to, and how much content needs moving across. We will tell you which of those is driving the cost.

What happens after

A monthly plan covering updates, backups and small changes, priced separately so you can see exactly what the ongoing commitment is.

05

What clients say

A real review, not one we wrote ourselves.

Worked quite extensively with the guys for many months on a bespoke project they done for our recruitment site. Professional and attentive from day one, always in contact for updates and opinions and genuinely no stone left unturned, and it shows through the website they created.

Common questions

What people ask before starting.

What is AI automation?

Using AI to handle the parts of a workflow that are repetitive, pattern-based or information-heavy. Reading a document and pulling the numbers out of it, drafting a first reply, sorting and routing an enquiry, summarising what changed this week. The judgement calls stay with your team.

What should a Belfast business automate first?

A workflow that happens often, takes measurable time, has rules you can write down, and does not carry high risk if it is wrong. Lead intake, reply drafting and document handling are usually the first three, because you can measure the saving within a month.

Do we need perfect systems before using AI automation?

No, but messy processes and poor data make it harder and more expensive. The first step is usually a short audit to decide what can be automated now and what needs tidying first. Sometimes the honest answer is to fix the process before automating it.

Can AI automation connect to our existing website or CRM?

In most cases yes. It depends on the tools you use, the APIs they expose, the quality of your data and how much control you need over the workflow. We work with what you already run rather than asking you to move.

Will it replace someone’s job?

That is not what we are usually asked for. The work that gets automated tends to be the work nobody wanted, and the value is in giving that time back rather than removing a person. We would tell you if we thought a project was heading somewhere else.

How long does an automation project take?

A single, well-scoped workflow is usually a few weeks from first call to running. We would rather deliver one working thing quickly than a programme that arrives in six months.

07

The rest of our AI work

Automation is one of three, and the audit usually comes first.
