If you have ever searched for a habit tracker app that feels easy to use every day, you’ll know how quickly many of them become overwhelming. Some focus heavily on streaks, others try to do too much, and many turn what should be a simple daily check-in into something that feels like hard work.
That is exactly why we built LoopDiary.
LoopDiary is a simple habit tracker app for iPhone that helps you stay consistent with the routines you want to build. Whether you want to remember to take your vitamins, drink more water, read each evening, meditate in the morning or keep up with a fitness goal, LoopDiary gives you a straightforward way to track progress without the clutter.
A habit tracker app built around weekly progress
Most habit tracking apps are centred around streaks alone. While streaks can be motivating, they do not always give a full picture of how your habits are going.
LoopDiary takes a slightly different approach.
Instead of only showing a long-running streak, LoopDiary helps you track your habits as weekly loops. You set the days you want to complete a habit, tick off each daily task as you go, and see your progress update across the week. That makes it easier to understand how you are doing right now, not just how long you have managed to keep going.
For example, if your goal is to take vitamins seven days a week, LoopDiary lets you see that progress clearly as you move through the week. It is a simple, visual way to stay accountable and keep momentum.
Why we created LoopDiary
At Element Seven, we are always interested in building digital products that solve everyday problems in a clean and thoughtful way.
We wanted to create a daily habit tracker that was not only useful, but genuinely pleasant to use. Something that felt lightweight enough to open in seconds, mark a task as complete, and get on with your day.
We also wanted to create something with a bit more depth than the average routine tracker.
That is where the diary side of LoopDiary comes in.
An optional diary for better habit tracking
One of the things that makes LoopDiary different from many other habit tracker apps is the option to add a diary note after completing a task or closing a weekly loop.
This is entirely optional, but it gives users a simple way to record what helped, how they felt, or what nearly got in the way. Over time, that turns LoopDiary into more than a streak tracker. It becomes a useful record of what is actually helping you build better habits.
For some people, that might be a quick note about why a morning walk felt easier that day. For others, it might be a reminder that preparing the night before made a routine much more achievable. These small observations can make a big difference when you are trying to stay consistent.
Designed for people who want a simple habit tracker app
LoopDiary has been designed for people who want a habit tracking app that is easy to understand and easy to return to every day.
The app is ideal for tracking:
daily habits such as vitamins, hydration or reading
weekly routines such as gym sessions or language practice
personal goals that benefit from consistency over time
small actions that are easy to overlook without a reminder
Because the interface is clean and focused, LoopDiary works well whether you are new to habit tracking or just looking for a simpler alternative to more complicated apps.
Built by Element Seven
LoopDiary is an internal product created by Element Seven, our Belfast-based design and development studio. It reflects the same thinking we bring to all of our digital projects: clear interfaces, purposeful features and a focus on creating tools that people actually enjoy using.
As a native iPhone app, LoopDiary has been built to feel fast, reliable and at home on iOS. We wanted the experience to be simple enough for everyday use, while still offering meaningful insight into the habits and routines that matter most.
