The Care in Practice Framework is designed for registered social care practitioners across Northern Ireland. These professionals provide safe, high-quality care to people of all ages and needs - the framework exists to support, develop, and value that workforce.

We worked alongside the Northern Ireland Social Care Council to bring this vision to life through a digital platform that makes the framework intuitive to explore. The new site helps practitioners identify where they are in their journey, where they might go next, and what support is available along the way, whether that's qualifications, experience, training, or new roles.

With a clean and structured interface, the resource presents complex information in a simplified, engaging format that's both accessible and mobile-friendly. This project highlights how thoughtful digital design can empower vital sectors like social care through clarity and usability.
