Shops for physical stock, digital products and subscriptions, with payments taken securely and stock that stays in step with the shop floor.
Plan your shopA shop is not a brochure. Every extra step is a customer you paid for and lost.
Physical stock, digital products, subscriptions and gift cards each behave differently once real orders start arriving. We pick the platform to match what you actually sell, from Shopify and WooCommerce through to a bespoke build, rather than forcing the catalogue to suit the software.

How we deliver
A fixed price agreed first, and the same people the whole way through.
Based on your needs, we evaluate various platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom solutions. We consider factors such as scalability, payment gateways, shipping integrations, inventory management capabilities, and total cost of ownership.
We identify essential third-party integrations for your business - whether it's payment processors, shipping carriers, inventory management systems, or marketing tools. We ensure these integrations will work seamlessly with your chosen platform.
We design the user journey with conversion in mind, implementing proven e-commerce best practices. This includes optimising the checkout process, product pages, and search functionality to maximize sales potential.
We implement comprehensive testing of all e-commerce functionality and set up analytics to track key metrics. This ensures a smooth shopping experience and provides valuable insights into customer behavior and sales performance.
After launch, we provide ongoing support and optimisation to ensure your e-commerce platform continues to perform at its best. We monitor performance, make adjustments based on data, and help you scale as your business grows.
You get the approach, what is in, what is out, a timeline and a price before anything starts. No hourly rate quietly running in the background.
How much of it is bespoke, how many systems it has to talk to, and how much content needs moving across. We will tell you which of those is driving the cost.
A monthly plan covering updates, backups and small changes, priced separately so you can see exactly what the ongoing commitment is.
Should we use Shopify or a bespoke store?
Shopify suits most businesses selling straightforward products, and we will say so when it does. A bespoke store earns its cost when the way you sell is unusual: trade and retail pricing side by side, made-to-order configuration, stock held across several locations, or a checkout that has to talk to a system Shopify does not know about. We work out which one fits before quoting.
Can you move an existing store without losing rankings?
Yes, and the redirects are the part that matters. Every old product and category URL is mapped to its new home before launch, so the search equity follows rather than dropping. We migrate products, customers, order history and reviews, and we check the mapping after go-live rather than assuming it worked.
Can it handle trade and retail pricing at the same time?
Yes. Trade accounts can see their own prices, minimum order quantities and payment terms, while retail customers see standard pricing on the same catalogue. This is one of the clearer reasons to go bespoke, because most off-the-shelf platforms treat it as an afterthought.
Will it connect to our stock and accounting systems?
That is usually the point. Stock levels, orders, invoices and customer records can sync with what you already run, so nobody is retyping an order into a second system. We build the integration as part of the project rather than leaving it as a manual step.
How do payments and delivery work?
Payments run through an established provider such as Stripe, so card details never touch your server and you inherit their fraud handling and compliance. Delivery rules can be as simple as a flat rate or as detailed as weight bands, zones and collection points, depending on what you actually ship.
